創意有三個主要部分expertise, the ability to think flexibly and imaginatively, and motivation (Amabile, 1999).但是台灣現在一方面在談創意教學,想提昇孩子的創造力,另一方面考試又還是跟以前一樣沒有脫離背多分和標準答案的窠臼,標準答案是創造力最大的殺手,如果我們再這樣考下去,砸多少錢也無法提昇創造力。
